Instructions
In a bowl mix the fresh diced mozzarella cheese, chopped tomatoes, diced herbs, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight before serving.
Place a pepperoni slice on top of a garlic butter flavored cracker.
Mound each cracker with ½ teaspoon of Bruschetta topping.
