This Strawberry Blueberry Jam recipe is one of my favorite flavors of homemade jam to make. Strawberry Blueberry Jam is a delicious jam recipe made with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
Wash jars and lids in hot soapy water, checking for damage. Submerge jars in a hot water bath and keep them warm. Wash, stem, and crush strawberries and blueberries separately.
In a large pot, mix crushed strawberries and blueberries with sugar. Heat on low, add butter, then bring to a rolling boil while stirring. Add pectin, boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and skim foam. Remove a jar from the hot water, fill with hot jam leaving ¼-inch headspace, wipe rims, and secure lids finger-tight. Repeat for all jars.
Submerge jars in a hot water bath, ensuring water covers them by 2 inches. Boil for 10 minutes, then remove to cool overnight. Check seals the next day; refrigerate any unsealed jars.
