Carefully cut around the edges of each printed topper. Fold each topper in half along the indicated dotted line, making sure the edges align evenly. Score the folded edge to create a crisp, clean-looking fold.

Fill sandwich-size zip-top bags with your favorite Halloween candy and small plastic toys or other treats. Seal each bag securely, gently pressing out any excess air so the filled bags lay relatively flat.

Position the sealed edge of each baggie inside the folded topper, centering the topper evenly across the bag’s top edge. Once positioned correctly, secure the Halloween topper to the bag with staples using a stapler.
