Easy  5-Ingredient Pulled Pork

This Pulled Pork Sandwich recipe will easily serve a family of five with leftovers. 5 Simple ingredients and  one is optional, to the best tender pulled pork sandwiches you've ever tasted.

INGREDIENTS

– Boneless Pork Ribs – Barbecue sauce – Brown Sugar (optional) – Dry Mustard or yellow mustard – Garlic Powder

– Prepare  the Funfetti Cake & Cupcake mix as directed on the package adding  the ½ teaspoon to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. – Fill cupcake papers ¾ full.

Pour half the barbecue sauce into the bottom of the slow cooker, then place the ribs in an even layer. Pour the remaining sauce over the ribs, add the dry mustard, garlic powder, and brown sugar.

Stir everything together until the pork ribs are evenly coated. Make sure all the meat is covered well so it stays moist and absorbs plenty of rich, smoky flavor while cooking.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for about 4 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours. The meat should be fully cooked and tender enough to shred easily.

Use two forks to pull the cooked pork apart into bite-size shreds, mixing it with the sauce as you go. Pile the saucy shredded pork onto sandwich buns and serve warm with your favorite sides.
