Crock Pot Cheesy Beef
Spaghetti is made with uncooked pasta and topped with a layer of melted mozzarella cheese. This dump and go crock pot meal is an easy way to make baked spaghetti.
— Ground Beef
— Minced Garlic
— Garlic Salt
— Uncooked Spaghetti Noodles
— Pasta Sauce (jarred or homemade)
— Water
— Mozzarella Cheese
Brown the ground beef. Once the ground beef is almost cooked through, add garlic salt. Continue cooking until beef is no longer pink and drain well. Break the spaghetti noodles in half and place them in a 7-quart crock pot slow cooker.
Next, add the drained groundbeef to the crock pot. Pour ½ cup of water and the pasta sauce on top of the ground beef and uncooked pasta noodles to the crock pot. Stir the pasta around a bit so the sauce sinks to the bottom of the crock pot.
Place the lid on and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours on high or 5 to 6 hours on low. Halfway through, check to see if you need to add additional water and stir. Continue to cook until the pasta is cooked through.
Right before serving sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the cooked spaghetti, cover and allow to melt before serving. Serve with a salad and crusty bread.
