CROCK POT BBQ PULLED CHICKEN

So easy to make and so good to eat. Pulled chicken makes a  great dinner or lunch recipe. Throw the 5 ingredients in the crock pot and spend some time with the family.

INGREDIENTS

• Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts • BBQ Sauce • Dry Mustard Powder • Garlic Powder • Brown Sugar • Buns

Place the chicken into a large crock pot. Combine the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, dry mustard and garlic powder in the crock pot. Mix to cover the chicken with the barbecue sauce, brown sugar and spices.

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours or until the center of the thickest piece is 165 F. degrees. When the chicken is done cooking transfer the pieces to a bowl and let rest about 5 minutes. Leave the sauce in the crock pot.

Use two forks to shred the chicken meat apart. Return the shredded chicken to the crock pot and toss to cover with BBQ sauce.

Serve on buns with a your favorite BBQ side dish.
