So easy to make and so good to eat. Pulled chicken makes a great dinner or lunch recipe. Throw the 5 ingredients in the crock pot and spend some time with the family.
Place the chicken into a large crock pot. Combine the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, dry mustard and garlic powder in the crock pot.
Mix to cover the chicken with the barbecue sauce, brown sugar and spices.
Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours or until the center of the thickest piece is 165 F. degrees.
When the chicken is done cooking transfer the pieces to a bowl and let rest about 5 minutes. Leave the sauce in the crock pot.
