How to Grow a Cocktail Garden

Warm weather is here and it is time to start your Cocktail Herb Garden. Herbs are so easy to grow. A bartender's garden can be used to mix your favorite herb-infused cocktails or herb-infused drinks.

SUPPLIES

– Herb plants – A container with drain holes, a sunny area in your yard, or a raised garden bed – A good potting soil – A water source – Plant Food

– Prepare  the Funfetti Cake & Cupcake mix as directed on the package adding  the ½ teaspoon to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. – Fill cupcake papers ¾ full.

choose herbs

Choose herbs you love and frequently use for cocktails, then purchase healthy plants from a garden center or nursery.

Arrange the herb plants in the container. You can place the tallest herbs in the center or you can arrange the tallest herbs towards the back of the container.

arrange

Add more soil around plants, covering roots evenly, then water thoroughly to help herbs settle and reduce transplant shock.

WATER

Place in partial shade first, gradually move to full sun. In no time at all, your plants will be ready. Harvest fresh herbs as needed for cocktails.
