Strawberry Mimosa Recipe

Fresh Strawberry Mimosas to surprise your sweetheart with breakfast in bed of chocolate dipped strawberries and a fresh fruit Mimosa for Valentine's Day.

INGREDIENTS

Moscato Champagne Strawberries Water Sugar

Blend two cups of washed, sliced strawberries with half a cup of water until smooth and juicy. This creates the base for your fresh strawberry juice, capturing all the bright, sweet strawberry flavor.

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour the blended strawberries through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing gently to remove seeds and pulp. Transfer the smooth juice to a container and refrigerate until well chilled before using it to prepare your mimosas.

To assemble the mimosas, place a few fresh strawberry slices in the bottom of each champagne flute. Pour in the chilled strawberry juice, filling the glass about halfway to give it a fruity, colorful base.

Slowly top each glass with champagne, pouring carefully to prevent excessive foaming and overflow. Fill to the rim, then garnish each strawberry mimosa with a fresh whole berry before serving.
