Yogurt Lime Fruit Salad Dressing

Add a touch of creamy sweet and tart flavor to your next fruit salad. Drizzle a spoonful of this slightly honey sweetened and tart Yogurt fruit salad dressing over a summer fruit salad. A dash of mint and lime zest compliment the sweet flavors of fresh fruit.

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey ((or sweetener of choice))
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 whole zest of one lime
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced fresh mint leaves

Instructions 

  • Scoop the yogurt into a small mixing bowl.
  • Add the freshly squeezed lime juice, honey, lime zest and finely minted mint leaves to the bowl.
  • Using a metal whisk whip the ingredients together.
  • Transfer to a lidded mason jar or cover the bowl. Place the bowl in the refrigerator.
  • Chill for at least one hour before serving.
  • Drizzle over individual bowls of fruit salad to serve.
