Ingredients  

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
  • 1 heaping teaspoon fresh ginger, minced (I literally went out in my backyard and picked my own)
  • ¼ teaspoon or more crushed red pepper

  • Place all the ingredients into a container and shake.
  • Allow to marinate 30 minutes to overnight before serving.
