  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
  • 1 heaping teaspoon fresh ginger, minced I literally went out in my backyard and picked my own
  • ¼ teaspoon or more crushed red pepper
