Ingredients  

  • 1 cup fresh peach chunks
  • 4-5 medium strawberries
  • ½ cup milk or dairy of choice
  • ½ cup ice
  • ½ cup yogurt of choice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions 

  • Peel, pit and chop the peach into chunks.
  • Wash the strawberries and remove the cap.
  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until thick and creamy.
  • Makes 1 serving.
