Ingredients  

  • 1 cup fresh peach chunks
  • ½ cup milk or dairy of choice
  • ½ cup yogurt of choice
  • ½ cup ice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or 1 tablespoon honey optional

Instructions 

  • Peel and pit a fresh peach.
  • Put the peach, milk, yogurt, ice and sugar into a blender. Pulse until the peach is chopped into small pieces and the smoothie is thick and creamy.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy.

Notes

  • Fresh or frozen peaches can be used.
