Ingredients  

  • 2 whole kiwi
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 medium cucumber deseeded
  • 1 cup packed baby spinach leaves
  • ½ whole granny smith apple seeded and peeled
  • ½ whole pear cored and peeled
  • 1 ½ cups ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons Sweetener of choice

Instructions 

  • Wash all of the fruit under cold water.
  • Remove the peel from the Kiwi, banana, apple and pear.
  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Divide the smoothie between two glasses.
  • Refrigerate any leftover smoothie.
