non-dairy powdered coffee creamer

Instructions
Sift all the dry ingredients one at a time into a very large bowl.
Mix with a large spoon until ingredients are uniform in color. (No streaks of white visible.)
Crush the jumbo candy canes and mix in with the cocoa mix.
Layer cocoa mix in a mason jar with mini marshmallows.
To make one cup of cocoa
Heat a mug of milk in the microwave.
Mix 4 tablespoons of the instant cocoa mix in the mug of hot milk.
Garnish with whipped cream and crushed candy cane.
