Ingredients  

  • 1 box Fleischmann’s Simply Homemade Banana Muffin and Bread Mix
  • cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup oil
  • ¼ water
  • 1 cup roughly chopped fresh cranberries

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin tin with muffin papers.
  • In a large bowl with a wooden spoon mix the first 5 ingredients well.
  • Fold the cranberries in.
  • Fill each muffin cup ¾ full.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
  • Cool on a rack.
