Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin tin with muffin papers.
In a large bowl with a wooden spoon mix the first 5 ingredients well.
Fold the cranberries in.
Fill each muffin cup ¾ full.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
Cool on a rack.
