Mix all ingredients together, making sure to evenly coat all the ground beef with BBQ sauce and mixing the cheddar in evenly so each burger has a similar amount.
Create patties of your size preference. With 2 lbs, I can usually make 8-10 patties depending on how I size them.
Cook in a skillet at high heat until cooked to preferred level of doneness or throw on a grill until desired cook. We have done them both in a skillet and on the grill, and they turn out delicious either way!
Add toppings of your choice and serve on a potato bun with sweet potato fries for a complete meal!
