Cucumber Ranch Turkey Wraps

Cucumber Ranch Turkey Wraps are easy lunch ideas. Wraps are also great for party appetizers, cutting them into pinwheels and serving them on a buffet style table.

Ingredients  

  • ½ lb. smoked turkey slices
  • ½ cup Ranch Dressing
  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • ¼-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small thinly sliced cucumber
  • ½ cup baby spinach or lettuce
  • 1 large sliced pickle
  • 2 large Garden Spinach Wraps Tortillas
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions 

Make the dressing spread

  • In a bowl beat the Ranch dressing, cream cheese, salt and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the shredded cheese. Set aside.

To assemble wrap

  • Spread a thin layer of the dressing on a wrap.
  • Layer spinach or lettuce, turkey, cucumber, then a few slices of pickle.
  • Repeat layers 3 times.
  • Roll wrap up tightly then wrap in plastic wrap tightly.
  • Refrigerate at least an hour before serving. May be refrigerated overnight.
  • Slice into pinwheels before serving.
  • Makes 2 large wraps or 4 small wraps.
