  • Wooden Ice Pop sticks
  • 12 inch Plastic Decorating bags
  • Gel Food Coloring in Royal purple, Teal, Green
  • Rainbow Sprinkles
  • Ice Pop Mold


  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream 1 pint
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups White Melting Chocolate or ¾ bag Wilton Bright White Candy Melts + 2 tablespoons Crisco shortening

  • Prepare a large cookie sheet by placing a piece of parchment paper or wax paper on it. Set aside.
  • Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a container that is deep enough to immerse ½ the ice pop into.
  • Pour the sprinkles into a bowl. Set aside.
  • Unmold one ice pop at a time and dip it into the melted chocolate. Immediately sprinkle the  sprinkles over the melted chocolate. Place the decorated ice pop down on the cookie sheet making sure you arrange the dipped ice pots so you have enough room for all 8 ice pops without them touching.
  • Once you have dipped and decorated each ice pot place the cookie sheet into the freezer to allow the ice cream to harden once again before serving.
