Instructions
Prep
Dice the fresh vegetables.
Make the Pico de Galo
Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine.
Cover the bowl or put the salsa in a mason jar and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
Serve with chips or your favorite Mexican food.
Makes about 2 ½ cups of salsa.
