Instructions
Recipe Prep
Cook the pasta following the directions on the box. Drain and set aside.
Slice the sausage and peppers.
If using a block of mozzarella cheese shred it before starting.
Cooking Instructions
In a large skillet heat the olive oil.
Sauté the bell peppers and sausage until the sausage is cooked through.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss.
Sauté for 3 minutes, gently tossing the pasta.
Add the sauce to the pan and toss until all the pasta is evenly coated with sauce.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top and place a lid on the pan.
Reduce the heat enough to prevent scorching and allow the cheese to melt.
Plate and grate some fresh parmesan cheese over the top.
