(skinless chicken breasts about 2 ½ pounds)

Instructions
Turn the crock pot on high.
Mix the first 5 ingredients together in the crock pot.
Add the boneless chicken breast to the crock pot. Flip them over to cover with the sauce ingredients.
Use a spoon to spoon some of the pineapples on top of the chicken breasts.
Put the lid on and cook 4 hours high or until the chicken is cooked throughly.
Serve over a bed of rice.
