Ingredients  

  • 2 medium boneless skinless chicken breast halves ( or about 1 ½ pounds boneless chicken cut into bite size pieces)
  • 3 cans red kidney beans and liquid
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes and liquid
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup elbow macaroni
  • ½ cup shredded cheese

Instructions 

  • Put the first 7 ingredients into a gallon size freezer bag.
  • Place the filled bag on a cookie sheet and freeze flat.
  • The macaroni will be added when cooking the chili in a crock pot.
  • Makes 4-6 servings.
