Preheat oven to 400 F. degrees.
In a small bowl mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, set aside.
Slice the tomatoes into little circles.
Peel, crush and roughly chop the garlic.
Add the tomatoes and garlic to the bowl with the oil and vinegar mixture.
Toss well and pour out onto a shallow baking pan.
Roast for 15 minutes occasionally tossing.
Increase the oven temperature to 450 F. after the 15 minutes are up. Roast an additional 15 minutes tossing occasionally.
Remove from oven.
Top each cracker with a square of mozzarella cheese, about ¼ of a teaspoon of the roasted tomatoes and garlic.
Top each cracker with a ribbon of basil and a sprinkle of sea salt.
