Instructions
Freezer Meal Sausage and Garbanzo Bean Soup Directions
Place all the soup ingredients except the beef broth into a one-gallon freezer bag.
Freeze flat on a cookie sheet.
Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before cooking. (See stove top and crock pot cooking directions below.
How To Cook Freezer Meal Sausage Garbanzo Bean Soup on the stove
Add all the thawed soup ingredients along with the 4 cups of beef broth to a large pot.
Bring to a boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer about an hour or until piping hot.
How To make Crock Pot Sausage and Garbanzo Bean Soup
Thaw the soup ingredients in the refrigerator overnight.
Dump the bag of soup ingredients into a crock pot slow cooker.
Add the 4 cups of beef broth to the crock pot. Heat on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
