Instructions
In a 6 or 7 quart slow cooker mix the BBQ sauce, crushed pineapple, brown sugar, diced jalapeno pepper, minced garlic and liquid smoke.
Add the boneless pork roast to the slow cooker. Using a spoon scoop the sauce over the meat to cover all sides.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on high for 6-7 hours or low for 8-10 hours, (depending on the size of the pork roast).
Once the pork is completely cooked and fall apart tender shred it with two forks and mix the pork meat into the sauce.
Serve on slider buns.
