Instructions
In a nine inch, oven safe skillet or baking pan spread a layer of tortilla chips.
Spread half the shredded beef, the desired amount of jalapenos, ⅛th cup of the salsa and ½ cup of cheese over the chips.
Repeat the layer beginning with the chips again and ending with 1 cup of shredded cheese
Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Top each serving with sour cream, your favorite salsa or homemade tomatillo salsa.
