All the spicy flavors of jerk chicken without cooking over a fire grill. Season boneless chicken with jerk seasoning and marinade with Jamaican Jerk Marinade for the authentic flavors of jerk chicken with out all the work.
Cover both sides of the boneless chicken breasts with the Caribbean Jerk Seasoning and rub in.
Place the chicken breasts into a bowl, cover, and place in the refrigerator for 30 - 60 minutes.
Place the chicken in the crock pot and pour ½ cup of the Jamaican Jerk Marinade over the chicken. Flip the chicken to cover both sides with the marinade.
Place the lid on the crock pot and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. Cooking time will depend on the thickness of the pieces of chicken.
Serve with Coconut Rice and seasoned black beans.
