All the spicy flavors of jerk chicken without cooking over a fire grill. Season boneless chicken with jerk seasoning and marinade with Jamaican Jerk Marinade for the authentic flavors of jerk chicken with out all the work.

Ingredients  

  • 4 medium boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons Jamaican Jerk Spice Seasoning
  • ½ cup Jamaican Jerk Marinade

Instructions 

  • Cover both sides of the boneless chicken breasts with the Caribbean Jerk Seasoning and rub in.
  • Place the chicken breasts into a bowl, cover, and place in the refrigerator for 30 - 60 minutes.
  • Place the chicken in the crock pot and pour ½ cup of the Jamaican Jerk Marinade over the chicken. Flip the chicken to cover both sides with the marinade.
  • Place the lid on the crock pot and cook on low for 3 to 6 hours. Cooking time will depend on the thickness of the pieces of chicken.
  • Serve with Coconut Rice and seasoned black beans.
  • Makes 4 servings
