Instructions
Place the first 7 ingredients into a 6-quart crock pot.
Cook for 3 hours on high or 5 hours on low or until the chicken is cooked through.
Add the elbow macaroni to the crock pot and cook for 30 to 60 minutes more or until the pasta is tender.
Sprinkle each serving with shredded cheese.
