Ingredients  

  • 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast halves or about 2 pounds of boneless chicken
  • 16 oz chicken broth
  • 2 cans condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can corn kernels (drained well)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions 

  • Place the boneless chicken, chicken broth, cream of potato soup, creamed corn, drained corn kernels, diced onion, black pepper, salt, and milk into your crock pot
  • Stir to combine and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • When the chicken is cooked pull the meat apart with two forks and stir.
  • 4 servings.
