Spicy Cajun Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo recipe made with easy homemade alfredo sauce made with milk. This alfredo sauce made without cream is delicious, creamy and the best homemade alfredo sauce recipe you will ever make.
Cook the fettucine pasta following the directions on the box. Drain well and set aside until needed.
Trim the chicken if needed. Sprinkle the chicken with the Cajun seasoning on both sides. Set aside for 15 to 30 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden and cooked through the center. About 8 minutes.

Continue to boil the alfredo sauce over medium high heat until thickened, Once thick remove the pan from the heat.
Stir the ground chili powder and red pepper flakes into the alfredo sauce.
Combining the ingredients
Transfer the cooked pasta to a large serving dish, bowl or the skillet you cooked the chicken in.
Pour the spicy alfredo sauce over the noodles and stir to combine. Add half the chicken and about ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese and toss with the pasta and the sauce to coat. Arrange the remaining chicken pieces over the top and serve.
Garnish each serving with shredded cheese, parsley and red pepper flakes.
Serve with slices of crusty bread and a salad on the side.
