Equipment

Ingredients  

  • 1 large large white fleshed Dragon Fruit or a purple fleshed Dragon fruit (or a half of a white fleshed dragon fruit and ¼ a purple fleshed dragon fruit as I used)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 5 whole fresh blackberries
  • 20 whole fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
  • 1 tablespoon granola

Instructions 

  • Cut and peel the Dragon fruit (watch my Dragon Fruit video). Place in a blender with the yogurt, milk, banana, and honey.
  • Place the dragon fruit in a blender with the yogurt, milk, banana, and honey.
  • Pulse until well combined.
  • Divide into two bowls.
  • Top with blackberries, blueberries, almonds and granola.
  • Makes two servings.
