Crock Pot Creamy Ranch Chicken is one of my favorite creamy chicken slow cooker recipes. The chicken is moist and packed full of ranch flavor.

Ingredients  

  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 envelope Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing mix
  • 22.6 oz cream of chicken soup (family sized can)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  • Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in a 6-quart crock pot.
  • Mix the water with the ranch dressing mix and pour over the chicken breasts being sure to cover all sides.
  • Place a double layer of paper towels over the top of the crock pot then place the lid over the paper towels.
  • Cook on high for 2 ½ hours.
  • After 2 ½ hours mix the cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, salt and pepper together.
  • Spread the soup mixture over the chicken breasts.
  • Replace the paper towels with another double layer of paper towels and put the lid back in place.
  • Cook on high one hour, occasionally stirring the soup mixture to help smooth out any lumps of cream cheese.
  • Serve the Creamy Ranch Chicken with a side of mashed potatoes.
