Instructions
Mix the dressing ingredients in a large spouted measuring cup and set aside.
Chop cabbage finely. See video.
Peel and grate the carrot.
Toss the cabbage and carrot with the coleslaw dressing.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Overnight is best.
Makes 12 servings.
