Empty the Elmer's Glitter Glue into a bowl.
Carefully pour the ¼ cup of water into the glue bottle and shake to get as much of the glue and glitter out of the bottle as possible.
Pour the watery glue and glitter into the bowl with the rest of the glue.
Mix well to combine the water and glue while dissolving the glue as much as possible.
In a separate bowl add the borax to the 1 cup of warm water.
Stir to dissolve the borax completely.
Pour the borax and water into the bowl of glue and stir.
The glue will immediately begin to separate from the water in a gelatinous mass. Only stir for a couple of seconds and lift the goo out of the water.
The longer you leave the goo in the borax water the stiffer it will become.
Place the goo on a clean surface and knead it. This will remove more of the water making the goo stiffer.
Divide the goo up and put each piece in a small lidded container.
