Recipe Expert Tips

  • This Broccoli & Tomato Pasta Salad recipe is best made the night before to allow the flavors to come together but can be served within 2-3 hours if needed.
  • The colorful tri colored pasta makes this a festive pasta salad. You could use other pasta shapes to make this dish.
  • The tangy salad dressing compliments the flavors of fresh broccoli and ripe cherry tomatoes. The tangy flavor comes from the vinegar. I've used white vinegar but you could also use apple side vinegar.
