Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies

Indulge in the sweet delight of Red Velvet  Cake Mix Cookies, a simple yet irresistible recipe that turns a box of red velvet cake mix into soft, chewy cookies. The results are truly scrumptious.

INGREDIENTS

Box Red Velvet Cake Mix Vegetable Oil Eggs White Chocolate Chips

– Prepare  the Funfetti Cake & Cupcake mix as directed on the package adding  the ½ teaspoon to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. – Fill cupcake papers ¾ full.

MEASURE

Open the package of red velvet cake mix and dump it into a large mixing bowl. Crack the eggs open into a small bowl and slightly beat them with a fork. Measure the vegetable oil and pour it into the mixing bowl.

Mix with a wire whisk or dough hook mix until the dry ingredients are moistened. Add the white chocolate chips to the bowl and fold them into the batter. Line an aluminum baking sheet with parchment paper.

MIX

Scoop the dough. Place the cookie dough 2 inches apart. Bake the cookies at 325°F for 10 to 12 minutes. Checking after 10 minutes to make sure the white chips are not browning. If they are remove the cookies from the oven.

BAKE

Let the cookies cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheet. Then use a thin spatula to transfer the hot cookies to a  wire cooling rack. Cool the cookies completely. Store the cookies in an airtight container.
