Perfect Poached Eggs in the instant pot

Only 8 minutes to make perfect poached eggs when you make them in the Instant Pot. Poached Eggs are super easy to prepare and you will have perfect poached eggs every time!

KEY INGREDIENTS

Large Eggs Butter Salt Ground Pepper Dried Parsley

Pour one cup of water into the bottom of an 8-quart Instant Pot. Place a silicone sling inside, then arrange five silicone egg poacher cups on top, ensuring they sit flat and stable above the water.

DIRECTIONS

Melt butter in the microwave and brush the inside of each egg mold thoroughly. Crack one egg into a measuring cup, pour into a mold, repeat until filled, then season each egg with salt, pepper, and dried parsley.

Snap the silicone sling handle into place to secure it. Close and lock the Instant Pot lid, set the valve to Sealing, press Manual, and cook on high pressure for three minutes.

When the timer beeps, immediately use a long spoon to turn the valve to Venting. Allow steam to fully release and the pin to drop, then carefully remove the lid and transfer egg cups to a bowl.
