Crock Pot Peach Crunch Cake

This Crock Pot Peach Crunch Cake combines the sweet and juicy  flavors of canned peaches with a buttery, crunchy cake topping. This easy crock pot dessert recipe is a guaranteed hit at  any gathering.

INGREDIENTS

Bisquick Baking Mix Old-Fashioned Oats Granulated Sugar  Brown Sugar Cinnamon  Peaches In Light Syrup

– Prepare  the Funfetti Cake & Cupcake mix as directed on the package adding  the ½ teaspoon to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. – Fill cupcake papers ¾ full.

Mix the dry ingredients for the cake in a bowl. Drain the peaches reserving ¼ cup of the syrup.

Add the peaches and the ¼ cup of syrup to the bowl and fold gently until the dry ingredients are moist.

ADD

Spray the bottom and sides of a casserole crock pot. Pour the batter into the crock pot.

SPRAY

Mix the topping ingredients and evenly sprinkle over the top of the batter. Cook on low for 2-4 hours or until the center is firm.
