Set the Instant Pot to Manual, High Pressure for 10 minutes. When done, let the pressure naturally release for 5 minutes, then turn the valve to release any remaining steam.

Open the lid and carefully lift out the mold using the sling. Remove the plastic lid, cool for 5 minutes, then flip and gently press each cup to release the muffin bites. Yum!

INGREDIENTS

Prepare the blueberry muffin mix according to the box instructions. Spoon the batter into a silicone egg bites mold, filling each cup about ¾ full. Set the mold on a silicone Instant Pot sling.

Add water to your Instant Pot—1½ cups for an 8-quart or 1 cup for a 6-quart. Place the sling with the mold inside the pot and close the lid securely.

Set the Instant Pot to Manual, High Pressure for 10 minutes. When done, let the pressure naturally release for 5 minutes, then turn the valve to release any remaining steam.

Open the lid and carefully lift out the mold using the sling. Remove the plastic lid, cool for 5 minutes, then flip and gently press each cup to release the muffin bites. Yum!
