Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounce box Cavatappi pasta
  • 1 small tomato diced
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli florets cut into bite-size pieces
  • ¼ cup diced yellow pepper
  • ¼ cup diced orange pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 envelope Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta al dente, and drain.
  • Mix buttermilk and mayo with one envelope of Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing or Seasoning Mix and set aside.
  • Dice peppers and chop broccoli and tomatoes into bitesize pieces.
  • Pour dressing mix over rinsed and cooled pasta.
  • Mix in veggies and stir.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight before serving.
