Prepare an 8 x 8 baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
Put the semi sweet chocolate, Baker's German Sweet Chocolate, marshmallow cream and vanilla extract in a bowl and set aside.
In a sauce pan heat and gradually bring to a boil the sugar, butter, salt and evaporated milk.
Boil for 6 minutes and do not scrape the bottom of the pot as it boils.
Carefully pour the boiling sauce over the chocolate, marshmallow cream and vanilla extract in the bowl.
Beat with a mixer or a wooden spoon until the chocolate has melted and the fudge is creamy.
Pour the fudge into the prepared 8 x 8 inch baking pan and spread evenly in the baking pan. Allow the fudge to cool completely
Once cool lift the fudge up and out of the pan by the corners of the parchment paper.
Cut into 36 one inch squares.
Store in an air tight container.

- Making Fudge: Do not scrape the bottom of the pot as the fudge ingredients are boiling. If you do your fudge will turn out gritty instead of smooth and creamy.
- Cooking Fudge: You should cook the fudge ingredients to 237 to 239 °F degrees. If you don't the fudge will not harden.
