Ingredients  

  • ½ cup ice
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup vanilla or plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar (optional, I didn't use any)

Instructions 

  • Fill a blender with ice, cubed mango, frozen pineapple chunks, milk, yogurt and sugar. ,
  • Pulse until the ice is broken up and thick and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
  • Makes one serving.
