  • 3 lb boneless pork roast
  • ½ cup bbq sauce
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • Spray the crock pot with cooking spray.
  • Place the pork roast in the crock pot.
  • In a bowl mix bbq sauce, honey and pepper.
  • Pour ½ the honey bbq sauce over the pork roast and reserve the remaining sauce for basting.
  • Cook on high 3-4 hours.
  • 30 minutes before the roast is done brush with remaining bbq honey sauce,cover and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
