Cut the boneless chicken into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a large skillet. Salt and pepper the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown.
Pour off any excess moisture that may have accumulated in the skillet and add pour the package of Chili's Bold Skillet Citrus Mango Sauce in to the pan with the cooked chicken.
Add the green pepper mix and cook on medium until the sauce has thickened, about 3 minutes.
Serve in warm tortilla's with white rice with Cilantro Green Chili Lime Sauce
