Dice the onion and carrot. Slice the celery and cut the chicken into bite size pieces. Mince the garlic.
Sauté
Press the sauté button and melt the butter.
Sauté the onion, carrot, celery and garlic in the butter until the onion is translucent. Turn the sauté setting off.
Pressure Cook
Add the chicken to the pot.
Add the paprika, Lawry's seasoned salt, ground pepper, parsley and bay leaf.
Pour the chicken broth in.
Stir the ingredients to mix in the herbs.
Twist and lock the lid on.
Press the manual button and set the time for 5 minutes to pressure cook.
Quick release after 5 minutes.
Carefully open the lid away from your face.
Add the thawed peas.
Add the heavy cream and corn starch slurry to the pot and stir.
Press the sauté button. Bring to a simmer to thicken. Simmer until thickened, about 8 minutes.
Ladle into a bowl over a biscuit, toasted bread, noodles or rice.

Chicken: cut the boneless skinless chicken into bite size pieces.
Prep the vegetables ahead of time to save time: Dice the onion, dice the carrots, slice the celery and mince the garlic. This can be done the night before to save time.
Mix the cornstarch and water in a small bowl until the corn starch has dissolved.
How long to come to pressure: It will only take 15 minutes to come to full pressure and pressure cook for 5 minutes.
