Instructions
Place the blood orange wedges and mint leaves into a cocktail shaker.
Using a cocktail muddler crush the blood orange wedges and mint leaves until they release their juice and essences.
Fill the cocktail shaker halfway full of crushed ice.
Add the Triple Sec to the cocktail shaker. Place the strainer and lid on the cocktail shaker tightly.
Shake until well chilled.
Strain the Blood Orange Smash through the cocktail strainer into a glass filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with mint leaves and small wedges of blood orange.
