Prepare an 8 x 8 baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
Put the semi sweet chocolate, Baker's German Sweet Chocolate, marshmallow cream and vanilla extract in a bowl and set aside.
In a sauce pan heat and gradually bring to a boil the sugar, butter, salt and evaporated milk.
Boil for 6 minutes and do not scrape the bottom of the pot as it boils.
Carefully pour the boiling sauce over the chocolate, marshmallow cream and vanilla extract in the bowl.
Beat with a mixer or a wooden spoon until the chocolate has melted and the fudge is creamy.
Pour the fudge into the prepared 8 x 8 inch baking pan and spread evenly in the baking pan. Allow the fudge to cool completely
Once cool lift the fudge up and out of the pan by the corners of the parchment paper.
Cut into 36 one inch squares.
Store in an air tight container.
Optional Decorating Idea
Decorate the top of each fudge piece with melted chocolate piped into a dollar sign and dust with edible gold glitter spray.
Serve in golden candy papers or gold candy boxes.
