Recipe Expert Tips

  • This is a rich and creamy fudge recipe made with evaporated milk not condensed.
  • Use edible gold candy spray to decorate.
  • Making Fudge: Do not scrape the bottom of the pot as the fudge ingredients are boiling. If you do your fudge will turn out gritty instead of smooth and creamy.
  • Cooking Fudge: You should cook the fudge ingredients to 237 to 239 °F degrees. If you don't the fudge will not harden.
