Ingredients  

  • 8 large or 12 small mint leaves
  • ¼ whole lime cut into wedges
  • 1 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
  • 3 oz. sweet cherry simple syrup
  • ¼ cup chilled club soda
  • ice

Instructions 

  • Using a muddler muddle the mint and lime wedges in a tall glass.
  • Fill glass with ice.
  • Add 1 oz Bacardi light rum, 3 oz cherry simple syrup and top off the glass with chilled club soda.
  • Stir to combine and garnish with a wedge of lime and mint leaves

  • Maraschino cherry syrup can be used instead of homemade cherry syrup.
