Cucumber Ranch Turkey Wraps are easy lunch ideas. Wraps are also great for party appetizers, cutting them into pinwheels and serving them on a buffet style table.

Instructions
Make the dressing spread
In a bowl beat the Ranch dressing, cream cheese, salt and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the shredded cheese. Set aside.
To assemble wrap
Spread a thin layer of the dressing on a wrap.
Layer spinach or lettuce, turkey, cucumber, then a few slices of pickle.
Repeat layers 3 times.
Roll wrap up tightly then wrap in plastic wrap tightly.
Refrigerate at least an hour before serving. May be refrigerated overnight.
Slice into pinwheels before serving.
Makes 2 large wraps or 4 small wraps.
