Ingredients  

  • ½ cup homemade Crème Fraiche
  • ¼ cup homemade Orange Curd or Lemon Curd
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions 

  • Mix the Creme Fraiche and sugar in a bowl until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Add the orange curd and beat with a mixer on high until thick and creamy, about 2 minutes.

  • I used homemade Orange Curd but you could substitute any flavor curd you have.
  • Use to frost tea cakes, cupcakes or a small cake.
